Kits for TAL Test by Using Kinetic Chromogenic Method

TAL test, i.e. bacterial endotoxin test as defined on USP, is a test to detect or quantify endotoxins from Gram-negative bacteria using ameobocyte lysate extracted from the horseshoe crab (Limulus polyphemus or Tachypleus tridentatus).

The kinetic-chromogenic assay is a method to measure either the time (onset time) needed to reach a predetermined absorbance of the reaction mixture, or the rate of color development.

At Xiamen Bioendo Technology Co., Ltd., we manufacture kits to perform the kinetic-chromogenic TAL assay, which contain all necessary items for bacterial endotoxins detection. To learn more about the principles of chromogenic detection in TAL test, please check the article of “Application of Chromogenic Technique to Endotoxins Test”.

Our TAL reagent is co-lyophilized with chromogenic substrate in the vial. The kit could be employed to detect gram-negative bacteria for biological products, parenteral drugs, and medical apparatus and instruments. It could be applied to fields like drug test and scientific research to do endotoxin detection.

We recommend our Kinetic Incubating Microplate Reader ELx808IULALXH for you to do the kinetic chromogenic assay. Our ELx808IULALXH allows different samples to be detected in 96-well microplate and will analyze the endotoxin detection automatically and accurately.
